The Center owned by the university of Innsbruck is located in a high Alpine region (Ötztal) at an altitude of about 2000m (6300 ft) about 90 minutes southwest of Innsbruck. The resort offers renovated friendly rooms and food and drinks at affordable prices. The technical facilities are state-of-the-art, wireless LAN is avialable. The ski resort is all above tree line and a wide open area. Snow and skiing at that altitude can be guaranteed in January, a ski lift connecting to the area is in walking distance of the Center.
